Shipping policy

All products are sent via our choice of courier or NZ Post at a flat rate. Standard orders will normally be shipped within three business days of payment clearing. Custom orders vary. Shipping times vary based on location. Please contact us to enquire about overseas shipping.
While 90%+ of the time orders are shipped within 2 business days, by ordering you agree to the fact that sometimes orders may be delayed by unforseen circumstances including, but not limited to, sickness, items being out of stock, natural disaster, courier delays, or ingredient re-stock. Unforseen circumstances may delay your order by one week or more. We will endeavor to notify you where possible for delays longer than 4 business days.
Where online orders are not posted out for 3 business days or more due to a planned closure, such as the Christmas break, this will be advertised on the top of every single website page. By ordering you are agreeing that you have read the banner across the top of every web page and understand that your order will not be shipped out till the end of the closure period, and neither will you be notified that your order has been delayed due to the notification on every page of the website. On re-opening it may take 2-3 business days to catch up with orders from during the closure period.
We take no responsibility for delays by the courier company. 
Duties
For international orders, you may be charged import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of you as the customer, and Jhislaine will not be held liable for these costs. Our products are all crafted in New Zealand.
It is also your responsibility to ensure your country accepts the goods before ordering. No refunds will be given where customs have rejected your parcel from entering the country.
